Vendors/Participants – this is a free event. Setup begins at 4. Tents cannot be staked.

Corn Hole Tournament to benefit the Liberty Rec Department (more details forthcoming)
8:45 PM – Fireworks
Coolers with non alcoholic drinks are ok. No smoking and no pets inside the stadium. No drones during the fireworks as it is very distracting.
We will block off the road from the top of the stadium down to the main entrance for safety. We will have 2 golf carts to help those who need it. People can drop off stuff (including people at the gate). The upper (main) gate will not be open.
Kids activities will be on the field along with cornhole tournament. Contact Jason Pittard for more precise placement.
Cornhole registration is $10 per team. Register between 6-7. Tournament starts at 7. Grand prize is currently a rocking chair and cooler. (Subject to change).
Kids bike ride. Line up at 6:30. Starts at 6:45. Eric Boughman is leading.
Opening ceremony at 6:15. Band plays from 6:30-9:30 with one 30 minute intermission. Giveaways through out the night with tickets given when folks enter the gate. Fireworks at dark approximately 9:45 pm. Should last approx 15 minutes.
The LHS Band Boosters will be selling sodas and chips. Everything else is free (hot dogs, water, snow cones and popcorn) as supplies last.
Set up begins a 4 PM.
We recommend you bring a tent with weights. No stakes are permitted to be used on the athletic field.
No driving on the field inside the track. Outside is ok. Electricity is limited. Plan on generators unless you’ve talked with someone.
Bring raffle items to the Information booth.
